It goes without saying that times are weird. Here at the At Home in Bloomington podcast, we are, like everyone else, trying to navigate our way and do the right things. We are not currently recording full podcasts as our preference is to record face to face (we are going to try out some Zoom recording, though!). We have a few episodes previously recorded that are already in the can that we are going to drop. And here is one. This is one we all need and even though you can’t go in person right now, there are options for online practice. The Kadampa Meditation Center is for everyone, bringing you ways to breath in the light and breath out the dark smoke. Sounds pretty good right about now, doesn’t it? Please join us on this episode for a chat with Kelsang Gen Tsoglam, a Buddhist nun from the Kadampa Meditation Center, for some calming inspiration and a short meditation session!
We throw back to Episode 5, Bloomington Salt Cave. No better place in Bloomington to do some meditation! Then check out some top hints from REAL Real Estate Today podcast episode 43, which featured Cheryl Smith of Consider it Done. A few simple, no cost ways to prepare your home for sale can go a long way to maximizing your price.
