10 Local Non Profits

What is #101010?

2017 marks my tenth year in Real Estate. So in honor of the amazing community where I live and just people in general, in 2017, I will be donating 10% of every commission to 10 local nonprofits. Get it? 10 years, 10%, 10 nonprofits. I call it my 10/10/10 Celebration! We’re going to go until we hit $10,000 or my accountant has me committed.

This past month, I keep thinking about this quote from Archbishop Desmond Tutu, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”

I don’t know if I will overwhelm the world, but I’m sure going to try!

After hitting up my business Facebook page (Deb Tomaro, Realtor) for suggestions, I’ve settled on these 10 non profits (Well, one is a “movement”. We’ll talk more about that soon!) On this page, I’ll be sharing as I visit the non profits to learn more about them and I’ll share when donations are made, too. Stop by often!
